The 2 best courses in Bangor, both providing a good test in their own right. Greens are always immaculate. Food is top notch at a reasonable price.

Just had another great meal, the catering and the bar staff are so friendly and helpful in a lovely relaxing manner, the food is exceptional and superb value for money, would recommend this to anyone, great job guys and thank you for lovely meal.

Best golf club in the area. Has great facilities which now include a driving range, as well as two putting greens and a chipping green. Courses are always in immaculate condition, and fun to play. The Dufferin offers a longer course, whilst the Ava is a shorter course with tighter fairways.

I went up to Clandeboye Golf Club on 22/06/23 to a memorial service for one of its members who passed away recently. Everyone was glad to see me & they hadn’t seen me since I was a young boy. The staff are very friendly & helpful & told me about the changes that have taken place since I was last up with them. They knew my father very well as because he played there as well. It is a great place to play golf at, so, if you’re interested in playing golf there, give them a ring & they’ll give you something information for non-members who would like to play golf up there. There is also excellent views of Bangor, Belfast Lough & Scotland which is 30 across the water from Ireland. Stephen Acton.
